Snicker's cookies

I made these for a bake sale at school. They're delish!

Snicker's Cookies:
1 bag Snicker's miniatures
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cream butters and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; cream. Add dry ingredients; mix. For the next part, I use my cookie scoop. After the scoop is full of dough, I take 1/2 of a mini Snicker's and push it into the middle of the scoop, then I make sure the Snicker's is covered by dough. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes. Ice when cool.

Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1+ tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons cocoa

Mix and drizzle over cookies (I used a ziploc bag and piped it on).
